The price of live hardshell North American lobster (Homarus americanus) at the Canadian docks has been cut in half in a little more than two weeks, dropping from as high as CAD 20.00 ($14.64) per pound to as low as CAD 9.00/lb on the southwestern shore of Nova Scotia, Undercurrent News has learned.
