While land-based shellfish farming may not be the first place you'd expect to find private investment, the UK private equity Cadman Capital Group has major deals in the pipeline as it seeks to grow more purposefully into the sector, according to the newly appointed managing director of the group's aquaculture division, Nik Sachilikidis.
