International condemnation hits Thailand over plan to use prisoners in fishing industry

Forty-five human rights organizations sent a letter to Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha on Wednesday asking him to end a pilot project to till the fishing industry labor shortage with prisoners
