Description

Ocean Beauty is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Northwest and more!

We need you to manage and develop branded sales of Specialty Seafood, Frozen Value added seafood and shelf stable seafood products. You will hire, train, and manage activities of brokers for the assigned regions and accounts.  This position requires you to manage sales to retail accounts and their distributors as well as foodservice accounts. Foodservice focus is specific to regional chains and selling Ocean Beauty core products.

Territory:

Washington, Oregon, Northern CA and Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Utah, North and South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and Alaska.

Expectations:

·        Territory Management: Define and execute a territorial sales strategy to meet sales and margin targets for region. Develop territory sales plan and prospect new opportunities in target markets to promote full product line.

·        Presentation Skills: Present products and proposals to accounts, and represents the company at trade shows.

·        New Accounts: Recruit new customers and ensure existing customers receive excellent service.

·        Reporting: Prepare monthly reports  that provide sales figures and forecasting analysis.

Must be highly energetic and organized, as each branch of the company is likely to have different needs. Must be analytical and a capable problem solver who understands how to inspire employees. Need top-notch communication skills. Must be prepared to spend a significant time traveling. Excellent computer and math skills; above average Microsoft Office skill set.
