Icelandic Group’s UK subsidiary Seachill has seen rapid growth with The Saucy Fish, its colorful branded range of seafood preparations launched in UK retailers in 2010.
The company is investing £1 million ($1.61 million) in a new television campaign, following the advert it ran last year.
The aim is to hit sales of £34 million ($54.87 million) for this year, which would be up 300% on 2011, Simon Smith, its sales and marketing director said.
