On Nov.6, Wm Morrisons Supermarkets, the fourth largest chain of supermarkets in the United Kingdom, unveiled a revamp of its seafood range and in-store display.

Held at cookery school L'atelier des Chefs, on Wigmore Street, London, head of seafood Frank Green and executive chef and head of innovation, Neil Nugent, were on hand to discuss the latest changes to Morrisons' seafood offerings.
