Vietnamese seafood exporters earned more than $6.134 billion of revenue in 2012, up 0.3% from the previous year, statistics from Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers show.
The top ten exporters companies contributed $1.23bn in national export value.
Shrimp producer Minh Phu Seafood Corp remained the leading exporter with $357.2m from shrimp sales abroad.
Pangasius producer Vinh Hoan Corp ranked second with nearly $155m, making it the largest pangasius exporter of Vietnam.
Other companies in the top five included Hung Vuong, Quoc Viet Co and Stapimex.
